It’s been a lot of fun documenting my trades for everyone to see. It’s also been a lot of hard work! I’m not a writer. Putting together written content on a daily basis is sometimes a struggle for me. I document everything that stands out because I know it helps.
It helps not only me, but others that are just starting out. When I originally started jctrades.com I had no idea what I was getting into. I just assumed that after a year or so I would be highly profitable and know everything there was to about trading stocks.
Holy shit was I wrong.
I’m about 15 months in and I’ve gotten the stock scanning process down. I know how to spot a volatile stock worth day trading. I have a better understanding of how news plays a role in a stocks sudden increase or drop in price. I can also read the chart and use indicators to help keep me out of bad trades.
My overall skill level has greatly increased over the past 6 to 8 months. I attribute most of my success to studying my ass off. I can’t begin to tell you how many hours I’ve sat in front of a computer watching educational DVD’s, listening to audio books and practicing on a demo account.
I have the basics down. Now it’s time to take it to the next level.
I believe the only way for me to get better is to continue trading each day and to enlist the help of those better than me. Thats why I’m bringing back freetraderchat.com. I personally don’t know of any free chat rooms designed specifically for traders. Most chat rooms come with a guru and a monthly subscription fee.
Guru’s have their place. I would not discourage anyone from trying out Tim, Nate, Russ or MOJO. I’ve learned a few things from all of these guys. I simply think there should be a home for traders who’ve outgrown the training and those who cant afford a trading service.
I still plan on posting new reviews and sharing my insight on this website. For everything else I’ll be using the chat room and blog on freetraderchat.com.
The new website is almost complete. I’ve copied some of my articles from this website to help populate the new blog.
http://freetraderchat.com/blog – Here you’ll find several new articles written specifically for the site. I hope to see everyone that visits this website over at the new one. I’m in dire need of people to help me get the word out. If you dont mind, please mention the new site on your Twitter account or repost the following video.
The more people that know about the new chat room the better it will be for everyone. Please share the new site with everyone you know!
Thanks again, J.C>
